The Benefits
All plans give you exclusive access to any of our laundries nationwide
Each package includes tokens which will be redeemed at our kiosks or via our online platform according to your booking scheduled.
Laundry can now be scheduled like an appointment, this is solely done via our website or online platform.
All laundry scheduled like an appointment on our online platform will be completed in a 3 hour turnaround time period.
Each token grants you a single use of laundry services.
Each token allows up to 10kg of laundry items all subject to choice of package. Where items are not allowed in that package, an extra token will be used.
All tokens carry forward from month to month. So if you don’t use all your tokens in that month, don’t panic, your tokens will get carried forward to the next month.
Tokens can be redeemed for Dry cleaning, washing, drying or ironing only use or a combination of all services depending on the monthly subscription package chosen.
The Packages
Silver
- Receive 5 x Laundry tokens to use at any given time of the month.
- This subscription will give you access to all laundry functions that involve dry cleaning of specific items example. Jeans, jerseys etc. and wash, dry & fold clothing items per basket/bag items per basket/bag.
- Please see attached laundry brochure for all your dry cleaning items allowed.
- All blankets and bedding wear i.e sheets, pillowcases, bed spreads etc. will use an extra laundry token and will be accounted for separately from the basket of laundry given.
- Please note that this service does NOT include pickup or delivery, but can be scheduled at an extra cost of 1 token.
Gold
- Receive 6 x Laundry tokens to use at any given time of the month.
- This subscription will give you access to all laundry functions that involve dry cleaning of specific items example. Suits, Formal wear, Jeans, jerseys etc. and wash, dry, iron & fold clothing items per basket/bag items per basket/bag.
- Please see attached laundry brochure for all your dry cleaning items allowed.
- All blankets and bedding wear i.e sheets, pillowcases, bed spreads etc. are all included in this package provided it fits in the laundry basket with all your laundry.
- Please note that this service does NOT include pickup or delivery, but can be scheduled at an extra cost of 1 token.
Platinum
- Receive 8 x Laundry tokens to use at any given time of the month.
- This subscription will give you access to all laundry functions that involve dry cleaning of specific items example. Suits, Formal wear, Jeans, jerseys etc. and wash, dry, iron & fold clothing items per basket items per basket.
- Please see attached laundry brochure for all your dry cleaning items allowed.
- All blankets and bedding wear i.e sheets, pillowcases, bed spreads etc. are all included in this package provided it fits in the laundry basket with all your laundry.
- Please note that this service DOES include a pickup or delivery service and will provide a 24hour turnaround time to all Durban based clients.
The Platinum Package Boost
As a Platinum Package Subscriber you will have the added benefit of express turnaround time!
- All orders for pickup has to be scheduled 48 hours in advance via our online platform.
- There will be special arrangements made for “Last minute” clients. In this situation for example. You need to go to an event in the evening or you’re leaving on the same day for a flight and your suit/gown hasn’t been dry cleaned. We then use 2 x tokens to allow for this and will have your item delivered within 4 hours of pickup. This applies to laundry as well. In this situation the client will have to phone the store directly so that we can act accordingly.
Dry Cleaning
This will be included in the subscription service. You will be able to use tokens to also dry clean items.
The cost for dry-cleaning will be 1 token for every 2 items of dry cleaning, however in the event of a suit being sent for cleaning it will be regarded as a single item and you can add another item.
Laundry Bags
First 250 subscribers gets the laundry bag free, after that the cost of the bag will be R100 per bag. It is recommended to use the laundry bag given as it will take the specific kg of laundry dependant on your package chosen.
These bags carry 9kg,11kg and 13kgs respectively according to the packages.
This will result in not weighing of the items as we trust our bags and its contents.
